The Square is situated at the head of the A57 Sheffield Parkway, a five minute stroll from the City’s railway station and retail districts.
The Square is ideal for both employers and employees offering easy access to the region’s motorway network (Junction 33 M1 10 minutes drive) whilst being adjacent to Sheffield’s Tram system and close to a number of bus departure points.
Phase I of The Square has already delivered a 114 bed Travelodge hotel, a secure 400 space car park operated by Q-Park and a 43,000 sq ft office building, fully occupied by South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive.
Phase II of The Square is complete and comprises a high specification, six storey 42,000 sq ft office building. Although now predominantly occupied by Carillion plc, there are still some immediate availability opportunities within the building.
Carillion, the company spearheading the development of The Square, has now produced a new masterplan to showcase future opportunities at the site.
This new masterplan sets out the architectural approach to the next phases and demonstrates the site’s capabilities to further accommodate a range of new commercial buildings up to 150,000 sq ft in size.
