The time is now right to take advantage of the exciting Design and Build opportunities available at Sheffield’s premier business location The Square.

The remaining phases of The Square offer a further 150,000 sq ft of flexible accommodation either in a single, stand-alone HQ building of around 100,000 sq ft with typical floor plate sizes in the region of 15,000 sq ft. or alternatively in stand-alone buildings from 30,000 sq ft upwards.

Carillion will partner closely with prospective occupiers to develop bespoke design solutions to satisfy their strategic and budgetary requirements on either leasehold or effective freehold basis.

Individual specification requirements can be factored into a design and build project but, as a base, the building would typically provide:
